Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Potato Apartment is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, magnification, speech input, or a keyboard alone. Housing is covered by the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and we treat the website as part of that obligation rather than separate from it.
The Standard We Build To
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means every form field carries a real label, the site can be operated from the keyboard with a visible focus indicator and a skip link, images carry text alternatives, and content is structured with proper headings and landmarks.
We test with automated checks in our build and by keyboard and screen reader review when pages change. Conformance is ongoing work, not a finished state, and we expect to find and fix things.
If Something Does Not Work
If any part of this site, or any part of touring, applying, or living here, is difficult to use because of a disability, tell us and we will fix it or give you the information another way. Email or call . Please say which page you were on and what happened, and we will get back to you within three business days.
We will also provide any information on this site — floor plans, pricing, specials, applications — in an alternative format on request, at no cost.
Reasonable Accommodations & Modifications
Separately from the website, you have the right to ask for a reasonable accommodation in our rules, policies, or services, or a reasonable modification to a unit or common area, when you need one because of a disability. Assistance animals — service animals and emotional support animals alike — are not pets: they are not subject to pet rent, pet deposits, pet fees, or breed and weight restrictions.
Ask the leasing office at or . Asking costs nothing and will not count against a pending application.
