1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website for Potato Apartment you agree to these terms and to applicable local, state, and federal law.

2. Pricing & Availability

Floor plans, square footage figures, pricing, specials, and availability are estimates that change without notice, and nothing on this site is an offer to lease. Rent, deposits, fees, and lease terms are set only in a lease you sign after an approved application. Images and renderings are representative and the unit you lease may differ.

3. Resident Referral Program

The referral credit is available to current residents in good standing whose account is not in arrears and who are not in a notice or eviction process. The person you refer must be new to the community, must name you on their application at the time they apply, must be approved through our standard screening, must sign a lease of twelve months or longer, and must take occupancy and pay a first full month's rent.

The credit is applied to your resident ledger within 30 days after all of those conditions are met. It is a rent credit, not cash, and it is not transferable or redeemable for cash. We may change or end the program at any time; a referral already submitted and pending is honored under the terms in effect on the day it was submitted. Referral credits may be reportable income. We do not pay referral fees to anyone who is not a current resident.

4. Applications & Screening

Rental applications are submitted and processed on our application portal, under the disclosures and authorizations presented there. Our written tenant selection criteria are available on request from the leasing office before you apply, and at no charge.

5. Intellectual Property

Photographs, renderings, design elements, and text on this site belong to Potato Apartment or its management company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Analytics & Cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay, and Google Analytics — delivered through Google Tag Manager — to measure traffic, and only after you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit. Declining loads nothing. You can change your mind at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer. See our Privacy Policy for what each one collects.

7. Accessibility

We are working to keep this site usable by everyone. Our accessibility statement explains the standard we build to and how to reach a person if something on this site does not work for you.
