1. Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry, book a tour, or refer a friend through Potato Apartment, we collect the contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, desired move-in date, and floor plan preference, along with anything you type into the message field.

If you go on to submit a rental application, that application is handled on our application portal and is covered by the separate disclosures shown to you there, which include the categories of information collected, our tenant screening notice, and your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to answer your inquiry, schedule and confirm tours, administer the resident referral program, and follow up about leasing availability. Staff at the leasing office and our management company can see it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

3. Analytics, Cookies & Session Replay

With your permission we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how this site is used. Clarity records behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay — a reconstruction of your visit including mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks — and sets first- and third-party cookies to do it.

With the same permission we also use Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to deliver it, to count visits and see which pages and floor plans people look at. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, the pages you view, and the approximate location derived from that address. Google Tag Manager is a container: it loads the Google tags this property has configured, which may include Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags.

None of it loads unless you accept it on the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no Clarity, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager script is loaded, no session is recorded, and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. Microsoft's and Google's own handling of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Google Privacy Policy.

Because Clarity is an analytics and advertising product from Microsoft, and because a Google container can carry advertising tags, sharing behavioral data with either may count as 'sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising' under some state privacy laws. Declining, or withdrawing later, stops that sharing.

4. How Long We Keep It

Inquiry, tour, and referral records are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records connected to a signed lease are kept for the life of the tenancy and for the period our state's landlord-tenant and tax rules require afterward. Rental application records follow the retention schedule disclosed in the application portal.

5. Your Choices & Requests

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to or call and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, state privacy law may give you additional rights. Tell us the state you reside in when you write and we will apply whatever that law requires.

6. Data Security

Information you send us travels over TLS and is stored on access-controlled systems. Sensitive identifiers collected during the rental application process — Social Security numbers and driver's license numbers — are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and are visible to authorized leasing staff only.

7. Equal Housing & Non-Discrimination

Potato Apartment complies with the federal Fair Housing Act and Arizona fair housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status, or national origin, nor on any additional basis protected by the ordinances of the city and county in which this community sits.

If you need a reasonable accommodation or a reasonable modification because of a disability — at any point, including while touring or applying — contact the leasing office at or . Requesting one costs nothing and will not affect your application.

8. Children

This site is meant for people looking for an apartment and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
